Katherine Antos is the Undersecretary for Decarbonization and Resilience at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, leading efforts to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 and adapt to climate change. Previously, she served as Deputy Executive Director for Planning & Sustainability at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, where she advanced environmental and clean energy initiatives in Greater Boston.

Josh Ryor is the Assistant Secretary of Energy at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, leading key initiatives like the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Coordinating Council to advance the state’s clean energy goals. With over a decade of experience, he previously served as the chief policy advisor at Connecticut’s Public Utilities Regulatory Authority and holds advanced degrees in sustainable energy and clean energy financing.

Walter Gray is a Program Manager at PowerOptions, overseeing EV charging and solar programs, where he guides members through every stage of their projects. With a decade of experience at PowerOptions, Walter ensures that programs are tailored to members’ needs and optimized for incentives.

Jennifer Kritzler is the Deputy Director of CALSTART’s Northeast regional office, where she leads fleet electrification programs like Mass Fleet Advisor and the New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program. With a background in engineering, she previously managed technology projects at CTtransit and worked on hydrogen fuel cell powerplants at UTC Power.

Jeffrey Latessa is a Stakeholder Liaison for the IRS in Lowell, MA, where he communicates priority outreach messages, including federal clean energy tax credits. He joined the IRS in 2008 and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from UMass Amherst and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
