Founded in 2020, Transform Power Systems (TPS) is a Massachusetts-certified Woman-Owned, Minority-Owned, and Small Business Enterprise that offers specialized electrical engineering services and clean energy talent placement. TPS is dedicated to advancing high-performance building and energy efficiency solutions through a comprehensive suite of services, including Owner’s Engineering, Project Design Development, Engineering Design & Interconnection Support, Power System Study Development, and Equipment Procurement.

Beyond engineering, TPS is committed to workforce development and upskilling. Through its Transform Power Workforce Hub, TPS delivers training solutions and workforce upskilling programs, especially to Environmental Justice Initiative (EJI) community members, as part of the MassCEC Workforce Equity program. Additionally, TPS actively participates in working and stakeholder groups to provide expertise on the requirements for transitioning to a cleaner energy future, helping shape policies and practices that drive sustainable progress.
